ARRIVAL: 

• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your chosen start time to check-in.

• To make the most of your visit, we kindly ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may not have enough time to enjoy all four haunted attractions.

• Please arrive on time; late arrivals are not guaranteed enough time to visit all 4 haunted attractions.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• There are no refunds on tickets unless the event is cancelled.

• Acres of Terror runs rain or shine, but may be cancelled during inclement weather.  If there is a chance of lightening or high winds, please phone ahead to make sure we are operating at 613-448-3633!

• There is a zero tolerance policy towards any display of verbal or physical violence. Anyone caught harassing, gesturing or displaying any such behaviour towards staff or guests will be promptly asked to leave the grounds without refund.
